I chose my tablet and put on it stuff about me. I really don't know what the picture at the bottom means. But I chose it because I thought that it would be a challenge when I would start to carve in it.
One problem that I had when I made the tablet is that when I was carving the picture at the bottom of the tablet was I kept messing up on his hair and his ears. The other thing that was a problem was when I went to put in the black outline the black was all over the tablet and then I had to go back and chip away all the black. And the last problem was on the sides was a bunch of footballs, soccer balls, baseballs, basketballs and then I decided not to carve those into the tablet.
I am happy the way that it turned out. I like the hair and the way that my teach said that it looks really good. And I like it because of all the carvings and the neatness. So I am happy the way that it turned out.
The painting is a picture of my house and some of my neighbors. The path that you can see with the deer tracks is the path that I love taking because you can see almost everything. I did this area because I can put a lot of things on the painting like tracks, neighbors, and the path thats in the woods. The location is my house. The animal tracks are deer, my dogs, and my cat thats not to smart.
Some of the problems that I had with the painting was the pattern with the green and brown was I had some of the paint went in the right one and then some of the paint went into the right on. The other problems was the black paint for the roads was to thick and some were to thin so it began to crack. The one decision that was the hardest was if i should put all of the pets that I had and had died so I could put them in the painting as a tribute to them. The way that I solved the problems were if the paint was to thin then I put another coat of paint on it. And if the paint was to thick then I tried to spread it out.
I think that this is the BEST painting or any art work that I have done. The doting was the most fun because I had no clue what I was doing and then I made a pattern and then I just kept making the pattern. The bad part was when I left some of my neighbors out of the painting. Because I have a lot more neighbors then this on the painting. And I like the way that the painting turned out.
